Canon 40d, with BG-E2n grip, going to be switching out between 430ex and 550.

Wanting a bracket to get the flash off of the camera and re-positionable, but unsure of even what to look for

    Any suggestions?

I have a Custom Brackets QRS35 and don't like it. It's not comfortable to hold plus I have to reach around to use the zoom ring (poor ergonomics). I'll probably switch to another version.

I've got two. My flip flash gets used more than my Bogen telescoping bracket but I can't bring myself to sell the Bogen.
