    Weighted ~200
    Height 5'11

Cutting to fit into pants and then I'll gain slowly from there. So maybe 10-15 lbs only.

So I've been working on getting my diet in check and have been eating like this for the past few days. Wondering if there's anything I should change, etc.

    Code:
    Today's Foods
Food Name Cals Fat Carb Prot
    	Ergopharm Milkshake 544 18 48 50
    	Protein Pudding 100 2 1 20
    	I-Pro Whey Isolate 180 0 0 46
    	Loblaws chicken 295 5 10 53
    	Bread, whole wheat, 100% 157 3 30 6
    	Lean chicken burger 332 12 10 46
    	Cheese, Cheddar 275 23 1 17
    Totals 1884 62 100 238

Also have a multivitamin, creatine, and AMP+Heat.

    Any advice is appreciated.

The cheese is a bit high in fat, but other than that, I don't see a problem :o

    But that's just me

If you really want to tweak you're diet get rid of that ergohparm milkshake... foods that have a lot of fat in carbs in them tend to result in a hormonal change that causes storage rather than oxidation... other than that looks good.

i'd assume it's a cut. Personally I'd bump up the carbs a little more

I love my ergopharm shake. And supposedly they are healthy fats. I have it first thing in the morning for breakfast so I don't think it's a problem.

I also usually get more carbs max 130 or so.

yeah it's fine. 18g is by no means a large amount of fat, and you want to have some fats in your diet. You should be getting some omega3 fats in your diet as well though, i usually get 3g EPA+DHA per day.

I don't think he should cut out the fats totally, but that he should try and get them in a different form and with different foods. Good fat or bad fat, a lot of fat + a lot of carbs in a single meal is not conducive to losing weight.

This is also only if you really want to tweek it, it won't make that big of a deal

I've been eating between 1800-2500 calories with 180-200+g of protein for the past 1.5 weeks and have actually gained a pound of water weight I'm guessing. But my waist is smaller too.

I'm having good workouts/lifting more each time so when that stops I'll up the calories.
