Fix my routine (shoulders)

    cut out the 1st and last exercise and don't superset the side side and front raises.

    that's one possibility.

    What do you mean by rear cable laterals? Is this the order you do it in? Shrugs on back day? For your supersets, are you doing side db lats 3 times with each of the other three exercises done only once?

    You only need one pressing movement there.

    ahh yeh i forgot that the rear cable lats were awkward feeling, i dont do those

    ok well i'm off to the gym..not going to do behind the neck presses...

    true or false? behind the neck shoulder presses are bad for your rotator cuffs?

    they can be done right, but most people don't do them right resulting in hurt rc's

    I directly contribute them to the problems i've been having with my left shoulder the past year.

    I don't see the need for them. I stick to seated DB presses but soon I'll be trying standing to hopefully help increase posterior strength.

    I don't do behind the neck presses because I dont think the benefits outweigh the risks and I don't really see the point. I do all my shit seated, barbell and DB, or on the smith machine for a little variation.
