    Because I usually just stick to chocolate flavors but I really like Chai Tea (not the Latte's, the actual tea) so I'm risking trying a potential disgusting flavor.

    I never order more than 10lbs at a time (unless it's whey and casein). I do currently have 10lbs of Double Rich but.... my ship is gonna be at sea for another 4 months or so. So... I should be good now. 20lbs of Whey, and... 6 or so of Casein.

    130 bones...

    5lb Extreme Milk Chocolate
    5lb Vanilla Chai
    4lb Cookies and Creme Casein
    150g ON Creatine
    Free 150g On Creatine (apparantly they're doing 2 for one on that).

    Not a bad way to spend 130.... (Shipping was 28 for me because I'm at an FPO AE)

    No, SWIC does though. Well, they go through BUDS. I guess technically EOD does train with Seals because they all go through Dive school which is a crap load of running and a crap load of swimming. Here's an example of how i should start preparing if i do choose to do it.


    CATEGORY I RUNNING SCHEDULE
    Week 1 Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 2 miles per day, 8:30 pace 6 miles/week
    Week 2 Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 2 miles per day, 8:30 pace 6 miles/week
    Week 3 No running. High risk of stress fractures
    Week 4 Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 3 miles per day 9 miles/week
    Week 5 Monday - 2 mi, Tuesday - 3 mi, Thursday - 4 mi, Friday - 2 mi 11 miles/week
    Week 6 Monday - 2 mi, Tuesday - 3 mi, Thursday - 4 mi, Friday - 2 mi 11 miles/week
