OT brolys need some help remebering this test I saw. It was a fairly long test in a mag that was just a general test for healthy male. It had stuff like being able to lift 1.5 bodyweight in bench, 20 in vertical jump. Anybody know what I'm talking about or something along those lines?

I don't know but when I never had worked out I could only bench my bodyweight (165 at the time), and 90% of my first ever weight training class was the same or weaker.

Are you talking untrained people or trained people?

I think it was for trained, it was kind of like a goals thing. Like work out with the goal of getting those things done.
