Hey Brolys I need your expertise. I am 5'4 135 lbs. My big three are:

    Bench: 135 x 8
    Squat: 155 x 8
    DL: 175 x 8

I was wondering if you guys know a good routine for this test:

    99 Yard Obstacle Course

Run a 99 yard obstacle course consisting of several sharp turns, a number of curb-height obstacles, and a 34 inch high obstacle that must be vaulted.
    Maximum score: 248
    Body Drag

Lift and drag a 165 pound lifelike dummy 32 feet.
    Maximum score: 248
    Chain Link Fence

Run 5 yards to a 6 foot chain link fence, climb over fence, continue running another 25 yards.
    Maximum score: 248
    Solid Fence Climb

Run 5 yards to a 6 foot solid fence, climb over fence, continue running another 25 yards.
    Maximum score: 248
    500 Yard Run

Run 500 yards (equivalent to 1 lap plus 60 yards of a standard running track).
    Maximum score: 248

    Thank You!

Took me a while, but here's what I came up with. Maybe add some running in too.

besides regular running and lifting... find a fence, practice climbing over it... could also practice dragging something heavy. Test seems pretty easy

For Volunteer Police Officer position. I'm exploring careers.

I'm really worried about the body drag. I'm guessing it's like deadlifting 165 x 32 (based on the 32ft distance I have to drag the body). I could be wrong

lift the body underneath the armpits and get the body's chest hitched up to your waist while you let just the feet drag as you carry it backwards. don't try to just DL it up and walk, that's for BO$$es only

The body drag is really easy. The dead weight makes it harder than a normal person but they're not that bad.
