Ok, so I have 3 questions hopefully some of you guys can answer

    1) What home gym would you guys recommend? There are a couple gyms around here, all but one suck, and that one wants $200/month with a $250 deposit.Up til now Ive been stuck here with my freeweights, which aren't bad, but unless I call one of my friends over to spot me, I can't push myself 100%

    2) I have a weird problem with my upper arm. I do a variety of bicep, tricep and forearm excersises but my bicep/tricep muscles seem to grow outward without getting wider if that makes sense. Heres an artists rendering of my arms viewed from the side.

Now heres my arms as viewed from the back, despite doing a multitude of workouts for many years, from the back my arms look like sticks.

If my broly arm was chopped off and placed next to a normal broly arm heres what it would look like. Notice how its got plenty of muscle but is not very wide, are there any excesises I can do to increase the width of my upperarm?

    3) Last question, Up until now I have been all natural (no pills, no shakes, no powders) But i fell as if I have reached a plateau and would like to start taking supplements. What would you guys recommend to a supplement n00b?

    Thanks guys

taking a protein supplement won't take away your "all natural" title..

and the way your muscles grow are highly genetic :hs:

    No joke, I'm dead serious

There are a few gyms that are less than $50/month around here but they all suck, they are either overcrowded, or have very few machines. One of the cheapest gyms has a few of those "do it all" weight machines, some free weights, some cardio stuff and a small pool and thats it.

For a long time (~8 years) I have done high weight/fewer reps and the backs of my arms have always looked like that, I figured there was some super secert excersise I wasn't doing.

Well if you train that long and tried different stuff I'd say you're out of luck and its something genetic. However I am a noob so this is more of a bump :mamoru:
