I just want to tone my legs, stomach, and tushie....and in the process shed a lil belly baby fat. :ugh:I'm not very good at organizing my own work out regime. Can some of you guys suggest some small routines for me please? I usually work out at home so that's a bit of a requirement.

    Thank you.

if your gonna be working out at home you want just exercises you can do on a mat?
or do you have a home-gym with some weights and stuff?

    Mat please :)

I have one dumbbell because it's my father's. 10 lbs. Which would be good for me since I have a small frame. I do have the option of running though. I just don't have a treadmill or anything like that.

    ok then tushie is acceptable.

lowering body fat is more important than working out your abs if you want them to be "toned". this means do some cardio (running, stairmaster, eliptical..etc)

as for your legs and ass, start off with some lightly weighted lunges.

overall though, you want to work out your entire body, not just your abs and lower body.

i'm assuming you just really care about getting toned.. so just run a lot and eat healthy... it's pretty simple :hs:

Usually everyday I just do some situps and squats. I've spoken to my gymnast cousin about it and she has told me that my muscles are toned, you just can't tell because of the baby fat.

Thanks :) I've been watching exercise videos on youtube as well. Would it be wise to start doing Russian twists?

yes they're a great oblique workout.

it's pretty much wise to do anything, just starting working out and eating well.
