Fitness crew, need some advise.

    I've been wanting to get back into shape for the past 2 years but I havent really put much effort into it, I finialy decided to start now.

    I want to get back in shape by August and i need to loose the little beer belly i had been gaining.


    What im thinking is 4 days of working out with 1 hour workouts. 3 days targeting muscle groups & using weights and the 4rth straight cardio.
    Is that a good plan or should I do cardio every day that I work out?


    So far with the little effort that i have put into this and a smarter choice in what i eat I have lost 10 lbs and am back to 178.

    I want to loose as much fat as I can then gain some muscle weight but I would like to end up at about 165 or 170
    im 5'11 so I don't think ill be too little at that weight.


    I need help with targeting my legs & stomach too.

    Anyone willing to share their routine with me :x:
