Decided I need to start getting serious about trying to eat healthier and need to start tracking everything I eat so I can start trying to analyze it.

So, what do you bros use? Quick search looked like most people preferred Fitday, but I wanted to know if anyone had used both and which one was easier (to add food, keep track of what you have entered, etc.) and more informative (breaking it all down into all the necessary groups, protein, cals, etc.)?

    So what's good?

Oh forgot to add, my goal is mainly to lose weight and tone up. Not really concerned with building massive muscle mass yet, I just need to lose some of this weight I've put on over the last few years of lawl school.

though i don't really count anymore since i've made my diet regular (meaning, eating pretty much same thing everyday). i find that easier to be consistent with

dailyburn has more food, but i like fitday better because you dont have to purchase a membership to view certain stats.

once you put your custom food in fitday, its fine. my diet hardly changes anymore, so anything that i would eat is in there.
