So what are your avg. numbers on fitday.com? Protein, Fat, Carbs.
I used Fitday for 1 week and quit, too much work
I just eat everything in sight as long as it's stuff I know are relatively low in shit and high in protein
I just tried it yesterday. Are these numbers right? They are way off from what I thought they'd be.
just start inputting your own shit, once you get past the first 2 weeks you should have almost everything that you normally eat in it and its easy to use after that.
