So say I grill some chicken breasts on the George Foreman.

What do I search for in FitDay? I can't seem to find "grilled" chicken :/

    Go to poultry in browse.
    Go to chicken.
Then go to chicken breast with or w/o bone. Roasted or broiled. and how many ounces.

Was just wonderin if it was any different since its a liquid. Somehow milk doesnt seem "heavy" enough to get a lot of calories from, seems like it would be to easy.

Oh well, guess ill be drinking a helluva lot more of it from now on :bigthumb:

do you guys weigh your food? or just approximate?

and what about sauces (if you marinate your meat)? do those factor in, too?
