I don't understand how you keep track of some of your meals. For example, last night my girlfriend made enchilada's with ground turkey tons of different ingredients, i scooped out a bunch on my plate and ate it. Now how the heck do you enter something like that? Most of the stuff i eat is home made and has various amounts of a bunch of stuff, and my portions are just dished out. Also does the free version have everything you need, or is it worth it to purchase the program?
