Which is better?
teh omega 3 is in da fishes!
both have their advantages
well, i would say fish, cause there are like 11ty billion types of fish, and not too many types of chicken.
in terms of what?
have a good combination of both
use both. chicken breast because it's cheap, lean, and won't make your breath stink, fish because of its omega-3s
ive always eaten chicken and i love the way it tastes.
ive always stayed clear away from fish because they say what you eat affects the way you taste and i always though fish stunk. but i have been giving it a try lately (eating tuna, albacore, salmon, and flounder so far) and i like it. good thing tim likes fish as well
I like chicken cause it's cheap.
I've always been into chicken but lately I've been trying out fish. It's pretty good.
I have almost unlimited access to fish.
Most places not connected to water have shitty fish options...Aside from tuna I don't really eat much fish here in colorado- all the decent fish is 9+ dollars a pound, just too much for me.
depends on how you cook it
eat lots of salmon. If you have unlimited access it would be a much better choice
chicken taste like dry shit. I'd take fish anyday of the week if it wasn't like $3 a lb and a pain in the ass to cook
chicken breasts are pretty damn expensive too.
10# for $15 isn't bad
I live practically on the coast so I eat plenty of fish in addition to chicken, beef, etc. It's a nice way to add some variety to your diet, plus there are plenty of fish to choose from.
hickville. Deer meat is the best
Deer is damn good too when you can get it.
Deer jerky > beef jerkey any day of the week.
Parents own a restaurant
We usually have flounder or snapper. Salmon every once and awhile.
I like fish better.
at work we're getting sashimi ahi tuna ... I will be loading up on that shit, I'm so tired of chicken at work
ahi tuna + avocado + shrimp = win.
