I wouldnt take it. I would try to stick with other omega 3's like flax. They will be absorbed a bit differently if my memory serves me correct. My mom is allergic to selfish but still cant eat tuna, take fish oil, etc. '

If you do just have your antihistamine or epipen ready.

I cannot have shell fish either, I wont be able to breath. I never had a problem with fish oil but if you want to play it safe, use flax seed oil.

Read the bottles. It'll tell you where it gets its fish oil from.

If you can get really sick from it or die you end up not trusting the label. Some people are so sensitive that if one scallop mixed with 20 fish, they would have a reaction. It's not even worth the scare.

When I was younger (10) it was an upset stomach. Then at 16 I wasnt able to breath for 20 seconds and then I would be able to for 3 second before another 20 of nothing. Now I'm 27, people say it only gets worse and I am likely at the point where they have to shoot a needle into my chest ASAP after I eat shell fish. I'll stick with the flax seed oil.

When I was 16 and had that reaction the chef said he used a new knife and cleand the cutting board off really well, it takes the smallest amount.
