I'm eating 2 cans of tuna a day right now while cutting. Do I need to bother taking a fish oil supplement?

The fact that you eat tuna has nothing to do with needing fish oil supps.

About .26g per 3oz serving of fish.

Compared to .73g per 3oz serving for white tuna and about 1.09g to 1.83g for farm-raised salmon.

So yeah, actually 12oz of chunk light tuna a day will give you 1000mg of DHA+EPA.
