I hear a lot about fish oil, but how exactly does it help body builders?
also i was too wondering what kind of benefits you guys are looking for when taking fish oil...just omega-3? i consume at least 7 cans of tuna a week...wouldn't that be more than enough of a source for omega3?
maybe if you had a sub you could search and find out.
Or if he had a brain he could use google.
Tuna is not a good source of omega 3's. Though at least you'll get your required protein and mercury,

Really? I know when I order sushi there are cuts the tuna that are fatty and supposedly 'better' tasting. Anyway... moot point.
i eat more than 7 cans a week
I used to...but it was those smaller flavoured cans from clover leaf I believe. Spicy thai chilli is my favourite though higher carbs and fat and less protein in that one than others.
