So i'm reading a t-nation article and it recommends 30-45 grams of fish oil, which is quite a lot, and that it's much easier to take straight, instead of pill. how many grams do you guys take? any products/sites you know that gives the best bang for your buck (least dollars per gram of EPA and DHA)? i'm currently taking costco kirkland ones, which was pretty cheap at about 10 bucks for 400 pills. but each pill has less than 200mg EPA and DHA i think.
