Fish oil in the morning or Pre Workout?

    So I have heard the benefits of fish oil and bought some tablets.
    When should you take the fish oil tablets?
    In the morning with your vitamin pill or pre workout?

    Can someone shed some light onto this issue?:hsugh:

    Just take it. Doesn't matter.

    I think I take mine pre-workout with my CEE.. no real reason other then helps me down 20oz of water easier.

    I think I take 5 or 6 a day.

    2 at a time with large meals.

    1 at a time with smaller meals.
