Jumped right onto the elliptical for about 15 minutes andf felt like i wanted to die. So i ramped down a bit on the bike for 30 minutes, then back onto the elliptical (which was much easier that time around) Then walked/jogged for a few miles. By the end of it all i felt great.

Long way to go tho, i could lose a good 60 pounds.

My main weight is carried in my stomach, torso area, legs are fine( aside from lacking muscle) as are my arms(same). Any particular exercises that will really knock it out for me in that area?

I think i ca handle that, today was rough tho, getting my body in motion was like trying to wake up a sleeping bear, who is really pissed off and tired, and irritated.

yes, cardio is essential. But, if you really want to get a head start...start on squats, bench pressing, deadlifts, and a couple other compounds lifts and you'll be in damn good shape in no time

You can't spot reduce fat. You'll have to lose it overall, and the problem areas are usually the last to go.

I'd do some circuit weight training first, with little rest between sets. It will help you get caught up and is a good compromise.

Bout two weeks have passed. I haven't lost a huge amount of weight, maybe a few pounds. But my endurance is way up and i can do a good hour and a half of cardio no problem. Ann thanks to the weights my arms abnd legs have firmed up nicely. Not really defined or anything, but no more mush.
