First week on my new diet and excercise regime.

    Been going about twice a week for the last couple years but decided to ramp it up as I want to change my career to the fire service.

    Starting Weight: 341 Starting Height... 6' 4"

    One week: 335


    Diet:

    Breakfast:
    One packet oatmeal,
    One hard boiled egg.
    One piece of fruit or half a grapefruit.

    Snack (Half an Oh Yeah Bar)

    Lunch:
    Chicken breast sandwich on sprouted wheat with mustard and lettuce.
    10 Triscuits
    Water

    Snack( Almonds or a PB and J on sprouted wheat with Natural PB and Sugar Free Jelly)

    Dinner:
    6 oz protein
    Tons of vegetables steamed or grilled.

    Exercise:
    45 Minutes of Cardio 3x a week.
    Weight training and Interval training 2x a week. (Same Day)

    Proteins in the bar, meat, etc. I also drink ON whey shakes after lifting.

    still not enough. all carb breakfast, 1 egg doesnt amount to anything. drop the PB and J for a protein shake and almonds. Get 8oz of protein on your last meal, no carbs, and have a good fat source. your fat, the bread is a bitch carb. make it a sweet potato or rice, hell anything would be better than bread.

    its good that you started on a weight loss plan. educate yourself and put a real diet together. What you have is okay but you need more protein and more real food. You didnt get to 330 overnight so dont try to lose it overnight. Get on a solid and SUSTAINABLE meal plan. You dont need a diet, realize this is a LIFESTYLE change.
