I need a good source of protein to take during my workout days. I go to the gym 3-4 days a week. I'm still trying to cut about 10 pounds of fat to reach my goal. Anyways I've been regularly lifting as part of my routine but do not take any type of supplements. My muscles get a really good workout but I feel like I lack protein.

What are some good deals out there right now for a first time buyer?

    Don't drink that steroid powder!

In all honesty, it's tough to beat ON Pro Complex, but the taste isn't the greatest (not bad...I've been drinking it for awhile and it's bearable....just doesn't compare to Syntha6 or Ultra Peptide).

this chick at work gave me a full tub of wal-mart protein b/c someone told her she'll start looking manly if she uses it. I tried to explain it but she wouldn't hear it...so free protein for me.

I should give her some "all-natural" protein as payment.

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey is generally the standard. BSN Syntha-6 is good but more expensive.
