I think buying a sub would take care of this problem.

It's not a bad start at all.

Post back when you hit 80's for 10 :bigthumb:
Pressing strength usually increases pretty quickly if you do it consistently.

Depends on your size and how long you've been working out.

i know there's alot of debate of whether to go to shoulder or 90 degrees.. which do you guys do?

i did 90 degrees for a long time.. then went down to shoulders for 1 or 2 workouts and got a click both times. i know a click isn't a big deal but it still alarmed me.

seems like you're not going to hit shoulders much by going to 90

I go just past 90 degrees on heavies. Warm ups 60-80's I touch a few on the top of the shoulders.

But I feel just past 90 degrees is working the shoulders enough for me.
