first time cutting

    and i fucking hate it, i can't belive it. i'm still eating 2700 calories this week and lowering it in the upcoming weeks but there is so much stuff around me that i want to but can't eat, just thinking about white castle or wendys almost makes me cry, now some asshole made an edu post in the main forum on how to make a cheeseburger and i go in and see all those pics:wtc:

    i give props to all the people that are on diets, it takes alot to stick to it, i can't wait till i'm back to bulking

    you get used to it. i'm at like 1600-1700 cals right now :/

    i still manage to find things i like to eat and not be super hungry all the time. I just have to be REALLY strict about it...i find if i even get the slightest bit lax i'll end up at 2000-2100.
