    E6420 processor
    ECS motherboard
2 1 gig sticks of patriot ram
    EVGA 7900 GS
Ultra Mesh Tower with 500 what ultra powersupply

I am just trying to get this to boot, so I can see the bios from the motherboard. The case lights light up and if I connect the lan line the lane line lights up. The powersupply fan, the case fan, and the processor and the fan do not boot. I have installed all the power plugs correctly. I have also tried to boot with one stick of ram with each of them, and nothing happens. Please someone help me, what do i need to do?

Just on the off-chance this is the problem, double-check the case's power switch connector and make sure the circuit breaker on the back of the PSU is turned on.

have you tried posting the motherboard vendor, the type of ram used, the specs on the power supply. you could also try and tell people the case and any other small details that do not matter when it comes to troubleshooting problems like this.
