I saw it I was impressed. It wasnt that much more expensive then a normal theatre and the audio was way more impressive then the normal stuff. The theatre is amazing with the huge picture I liked it.

I love IMAX, if i have the choice between imax and normal theatre i'm picking imax.

it isn't the greatest thing in the world or a revolution in movie watching but it is better than a normal theatre

Saw 300 opening night at IMAX. The screen was huge, and at the bottom of the seating pit, there were speakers the size of stacked vending machines

    Intense shit

IMAX Dome is the best, complete immersion in the video all around you. I don't care much for the flat screen IMAX where you have to wear the glasses to make it 3D.

Only OK. Actually I think our museum IMAX is better than the commercial IMAX available in Denver.

the dome imax where you can't see the entire screen at once is pretty fun, you have to constantly be moving your eyes and active, unlike a regular theatre where you can just chill and see everything at once..

that's what i liked at least.

Yea, the 3D is awesome, but it isn't true Imax. It's cool because you can see releases like Superman or The Polar Express, as well as documentaries about dinosaurs and sharks and shit, all with 3D effects. But the screen is small and flat.

Now a full-dome 3D Imax...that would be absolutely class
