finally got to go out and shoot this thing... i hadn't shot an slr in some time, so it took a bit of rembering, lol... and some derrr on my part.

for the most part these are untouched other then resize and a 500%, 0.2, 0 unsharp mask... and im posting them like that for a reason... they are also pretty flat for the same reason, and because i was shooting wide open...

    all shot on a 50mm f/1.8 about a 90min before sunset

note that it is sharp and in focus, but the refelctions make it appear otherwise

mike i'm curious how you drove around to get the long exposure to capture the headlights and the taillights to cross each other.

the owner of the car drove it... but in all honesty, u can do this yourself the same way.

if u dont have ashutter relase, the longest exposure u can do is 30 seconds. set the sekf timer for 10 seconds, already have the car running, then push the button, run to the car and start driving around madd! lol

    very nice :)

i only have a 1 comment. a few of the shots are a tad dark (i know it was nearly sunset). a little more brightness would help out so that they would look so underexposed :)

set the wb temp! (j/k, i know, i know, post processing)

the last one's cool... love the lines

the one where the girl is bending over the hood... i think it might have looked better if you moved the camera a bit, got her reflection in the hood, gone to the highest fstop you had on the lens and tried to get both her and the reflection in focus
