    Coppell Highschool Powerlifting meet
    Age:16
    Height: 6'1
    Weight class: 220
    Official Weigh-in Weight: 203.8
I wanted to be 198 but our coach already had 3 peoples in there

    Squat:
    Opener: 300-No problem
    2nd: 335-Still easy
    3rd: 350-Close to my max I think, maybe I could've gone to 365.

    Bench:
    210-Easy
225: Two-reds one green because I locked out my right arm first
225: Was kinda meh and gave up on it.:hs:

    Deadlift:
    345: Pulled up pretty easily
365: Got it up, thought the judges said I hitched or something, wasn't really paying attention. Since I thought I missed the lift I did 365 again. Turns out when I checked the scores I had the lift.:greddy:
365: Didn't really care anymore b/c I was pissed off at the judges. Tried to sumo deadlift which I haven't done in months and I picked it up half-way and dropped it.

    Total: 925
    Place: 20 out of 29

Gear: Belt, knee wraps, inzer squat suit, inzer bench shirt(I think this hurt me more than helped me since I had never used it before)

A big problem I think I had was that I kinda maxed out yesterday. I hadn't maxed in months so I throw on some weight and did pauses and all that shit.:wtc: I was sore today.:hsd:

All in all it was pretty cool. We have two more meets and if we go I want to lift in 198

3 judges. 3 lights. Green is lift completed. Red is not. You need two greens to get credit.

One shw, squatted 650 benched 295(i know wtf) didn't see his dead
another shw squatted 500 and benched 450
some in the under 120 something class squated 380 and he may be the same person in that class that pulled 400
a 15 year old on my team was in the under 181 and he squatted 390 easily he just rocketed it up there, got a 240 bench, and then he pulled 400 hundred like nothing

    Plano

I don't think so. They may be at the cedarhill one though in Feb
