    where was that taken, the picture looks so familiar, a bit on the hazy side

    thats nice, but didn't you go a little overboard with the blue in the sky?

    were you reffering to the composition or suggesting ps augmentation, because it's not edited

    if that's unedited, the blue hue is amazing

    do you think i should use ps to take the blue down just a touch?

    of course the sky is blue. I guess the haze over our city never lets us see blues like that.

    You could have used the "rules of thirds" to better effect. I'd chop off a little on the right and a little on the bottom to make it conform to the rule of thirds. That should still preserve the rule of "S".

    NE side of mt hood, taken from an out of comission hotel (Cloud Cap Inn-100yrs old or so) that was built at 6000 ft.

    Wow, Mt. Hood has no snow on it now. I guess there wasn't a whole lot this winter though:sad2:

    i'm not quite familiar with the rule of "S". could you either explain or point me in a direction where i might read about it?
