I went into the gym today hoping to have a good leg day, after not going Mon or Tues due to birthday/gf's tonsils being taken out, etc. After my 3rd set of squats, I felt a funny sensation right where my quad meets my hamstring on the inside of my right leg. Basically, I strained something in that area (groin maybe?). I can walk 90% fine, but I'm favoring because of the strain/tightness in the injured area. What should I do immediately, and how long should I take off from doing legs? I was thinking to not work them until next Tuesday, which the first leg day of next week.
