In short, doing a car-website biggest loser program.
Need to lose as much as possible in 8 weeks. Will worry about doing it healthily later.

    And the grub begins.
Had 3 eggwhites with chives this morning.

Every few hour snack that I scratched up:

    Can of boiled chicken breast
    Diced Vegetables:
    Carrots
    Onions
    Green Onions
    Apple
    Seasonings:
    Spicy Mustard
    Regular Yellow Mustard
    Shriracha Sauce
    Simply Habanero hot sauce
    Black Pepper
    Salt
    Cinnamon
    Liquids totalling less than 3tbsp
This will be split up into mini-meals.

Cutting out carbs, especially after 3pm.
Gonna' start running. Already drink tons of water.

The fuck are you laughing about?

As for diet, you have the right idea as far as cutting out carbs late in the day, but don't cut them out completely.
Eat around 500 calories under your maintenance and try to maintain a sensible ratio of Protein:Carbs:Fat.
Some people have different theories about protein intake, but I find if you are eating around 500 less than maintenance, eating carbs in rational proportions, there's really no other option but to eat a reasonable amount of protein in the rest or all of your meals.
(assuming you don't eat fast food/candy etc).

Work in some weight lifting and continue the cardio and you should be golden.
    Good luck

No, I'm laughing 'cause he posted that earlier and I meant to add it into my original post. I fully intend to work out, just forgot to list it. This is the 2nd iteration of this thread, so I saw his reply once.

    'Preciate the good reply. :)

Any shredders y'all can recommend? Legal or illegal. :o
If you post an illegal one, make sure you have a way you can guarantee me to purchase it safely; otherwise, not interested.

    Lemme' know.

There is no quick answer to your fitness goals.
Just get a routine and diet, and follow them.
    Report back in 4-6 months.

If you switch to a healty diet/exercise plan, I guarantee you will drop weight fast. Dropping weight quickly is not how much you starve yourself etc, but how well you stick to a healthy diet/plan.
Because you're obviously out of shape now, you will get noob gains in the sense of dieting/weight loss, not just lifting.
Cheating is what makes weight loss slow, not not doing something drastic.

just get some caffeine pills, you'll drop a good bit of water and you'll start feeling better. besides that, just do some cardio 3-4 times a week, lifting 3-4 times a week and keep on eating right. it looks like you got the right idea

    .

Don't place too much importance on noob gains. It makes people stick to bad routines.

Your quickest results will come if you take the next few hours designing a proper diet/lift routine. Weight flies off if you do it right. Your goals are not heathly or well defined. These short term goals can help you get running:

    - Determine Calories Needed (some do 12 x Bodyweight to cut)
    - Determine Protein Needed (some do 1 x Bodyweight in protein grams)
    - Eat your healthy fats (almonds, flax, olive oil, fish oil, etc)
    - Design and commit to Diet Plan (see nutrition sticky, andrews suggestion in this thread, etc)
    - Design and commit to Lift Plan (we have PurEvl, 5x5, Westside for Skinny Bastards)

Spend 3 hours now to research and make a plan you have total confidence in
    VS
Spend 8 weeks on a patched together routine

Kinda no brainer when you think of it like that. Start down the right road now. If you go down the wrong road you not only have to backtrack, you get unforeseen results.
