First day of hiit...

    What a fucking humbling experience that was. I'd consider myself in great cardio shape too. Playing hockey for 18 years now. I made it 6 fucking minutes and fell over. :rofl:

    I could barely walk up the god damn stairs. :hsd:

    i got killed by the Precor eliptical..
    so i did 30 min of Sub 130 BPM walking at 2.5 mph.
    then for 15 min of crank it up to 12* and 3.5 mph for 2 min, then 1 min of 0* at 2.5 and then back up.
    so after 15 min i almost fall off the tread mill and decide im going to do precor
    5 min on the eliptical at 155ish strides per min and my quads started cramping.. Woke up thenext day with LEG work out type quad pain.. lol.. i LOVE it!

    I went a little nuts today...

    Woke up at 9, took my Lipo-6 and sesamin then:

    Squat: 4x8
    Deadlift: 4x8
    Bench: 4x8
    DB incline bench: 1x8 (couldn't do any more haha)
    6 minutes of HIIT

    THEN a protein shake. I did all that shit on an empty stomach and wanted to die. :ugh:

    I wasn't able to do it on the elliptical that my apartment complex has (I couldn't go fast enough without it feeling like it was going to break) so I did it on a bike instead. If it was a decent model like a precore it would have been okay, but this was some POS thing.

    how does hiit help in terms of endurence, i know hiit is better for fat loss but is is better for endurence also?

    HIIT is gay.

    I prefer long term steady state cardio but thats just me. 45 minutes on the elliptical may be a bit boring but it doesn't make me want to kill myself.

    I'm so emo that the more HIIT I do, the worse I feel, so the better I feel. Or something.

    Basically I decided that would be best for me due to scheduling around work and other aspects of life.

    im so fat.. i do long steady cardio. and then hiit.. and then fall down and cry.. hopeing that it will burn more fat off me.
