first day of christophers base routine...

    just got back from the gym....sat down to surf some OT....tried to get up and put all my weight on one leg....fell over....awesome


    anway i can see why this is a 3 day routine

    my stats so far

    weight - 159 (up from 130)

    bench - 165

    dead lift - 225

    squat - 185


    my legs need some serious work (as does the rest_)


    edit: i just checked exrx.com and i wasnt doing the deadlifts correctly
