Started it yesterday so it was Bench/Incline db/Squat/Deadlift in one day. Almost quit after squats because I really didn't feel like doing deadlifts at the end of a workout, but I stuck with it and only puked twice. Also discovered that I've been doing 1/8 squats all this time and when I forced myself to go down to true parallel, I could really feel the difference in my legs. They hurt alot more now, so I might go back to 1/8th's. Thanks for all the good advice FN, here's to broly in 06!
