jesus, this was a lot harder than i thought it would be :ugh:

i figured 20lbs won't be a big deal.. i strapped it on and went walking on uneven grade for about 40 minutes. my legs and lungs felt fine, but god damn did my shoulders hurt/burn at the end of the walk. gonna try it again when walking the dogs later this evening.

all in all, a pretty good experience :bigthumb:

I highly doubt that's good for your posture.

yep, i recognized that right away.. i might start using it for more shorter/intense cardio sessions as opposed to the light stuff.

if your shoulders hurt at all it's a posture issue...

interesting.. it certainly FELT like a posture burn, but i figured i was just adjusting to the additional weight.
