I'm going to hurt tomorrow... Lot of fun though. We did basic warm ups, into falls, into fall-stand up-move drills, then a sprawl drill. Then we did some rolling around. I was shown an arm bar, leg bar, and a kimura (sp). I couldn't do it again right now to save my life, but I was able to in class. After that, some traditional Japanese Jiu Jitsu. Then closed with some guard/mount work. I've watched enough MMA to know what I want to do. But I have no clue how to do it, if that makes sense. But I was a white belt before, so I expected to be clueless. Also, it's 3 nights a week. Monday and Wednesday are in the gi, and are mostly BJJ, traditional Japanese Jiu Jitsu, and some Judo. Friday nights are boxing/kickboxing. If (that's a big if) I don't want to die tomorrow, and I think I can swing it with my schedule (which I think I can), I'll probably go ahead and sign up. They have a 6 month contract, which I don't like, but the instructor is really good, the facilities are very nice, and the class size is small.
