I've been trainning for the past couple years and am finally getting my first amature fight. It seems like most peeps around here (kc) jump into fighting after a few months. I dind't do that, I just didn't want to jump in undertained and unprepared. First fight is at 185(my natural weight) and then from then on I"ll fight at 170. I damn excited, it's been a long time and I can't fucking wait. I plan to go out there and do The Cage proud.

Thats how exactly I feel, I feel that a lot of people jump into MMA way too early. I mean its different for different people, some people just learn faster than others and were in great shape before training for MMA. But I want to at least get a couple amatuer boxing/kickboxing matches, some more wrestling/BJJ tournaments because I even consider fighting my first amatuer MMA fight.

    Good luck though :bigthumb:
