I have an external hard drive that is sitting around and it uses a firewire cable. I've tried looking for an adapter for it but I can't seem to find one anywhere. So basically, I have a firewire male and I need a firewire female to USB male. Anyone want to help out?

By the way, it's a 4-pin firewire cable.

I'll trade you for a USB external hard drive caddy

just take your hard drive out, send me the caddy and I'll send you a USB one

I'd rather have an adapter. :hs: Besides, I can't figure out how to open the external hard drive.

Yeah, just get a Firewire card. They're cheap now, and ideal for external storage.

My kitties eat grass every time they go outside. Never had a bad day yet.

Ask me how I know. :barf:

I love my kitties. They're so much better at taking care of their needs than dogs are. They have the choice between crapping in a box or crapping outside, and they always go outside. I don't have to wash them because they clean themselves (and each other) friggin' constantly. And if I leave for the weekend and forget to leave out enough food, I come back and there's a lucky rabbit's foot in the front hallway and two very satisfied-looking kitties sitting on the couch.

Somehow, I convinced myself to start feeding 6-8 strays that hang out by my house. This has been going on for weeks now, and the little buttheads still run when they see me.

You're just going to have to sit there, next to the food, until they can't stand it any longer.

I think when it starts snowing they'll be more receptive to someone that feeds them.
