I have mozilla at work. I have five homepage tabs, and I love it. When things get messy and I've gone to a bunch of diff sites, all I have to do is click 'home' and I'm back to my original 5.

Firefox at home seems to be much different. I set it up so I have the same five home tabs. But if I hit home in Firefox, it just adds five MORE tabs to whatever is displayed. For example, I open firefox. There's my five tabs. If I hit home immediately, then I'll have 10 tabs. Home once more, 15 tabs. It sucks.

I've looked a bit into about:config and nothing I did there changed anything. I downloaded a tabbed browsing extension, but no changes there helped. But I use this all the time...so it's important to me for this to work.

    Thanks.

try d/ling tabbed browser extensions, go into your tab preferences, click on use tab, then bookmarks, then have it open in current tab

TBE can change almost any tab setting. The only problem is that it will screw up a lot of java shit...
