I have done 12 weeks on Bill Starr's 5x5 program. I want to try something new...I think I'm gonna try a 3-4 day split. However, I am also looking at max-ot and HST routines. I don't want anything too crazy/extreme/innovative...just something solid and proven.

    Can someone suggest me something?

    thanks :wavey:

if you're still growing on the 5x5, you shouln't really go to a new routine...

Just to switch things up in the spring I gave Thib's 8 week 5x5 superset routine a shot. I liked it. You're only in the gym for 45-50 minutes and if you keep the intensity up you'll be pretty taxed when you're finished.

You can find it on tnation.
