are you squeezing or clenching your fingers? You want your hands to be lose along with your fingers. Keep them like you did when you were in the womb and loose. Don't tighten them up.

Those fingers fall asleep on me sometimes when I'm sleeping, but never while working out.

They used to a lot when I was a smoker...I think it has something to do with constricting blood vessels.

i dont smoke, i run with pretty good form...just slow haha, my hands are not clenched when im running and im pretty well hydrated. im a young guy, in pretty good shape...i guess i will just have to keep my eye on it happening again/more often and get it checked out.
as for the guy that mentioned the ulnar nerve...thats exactly what i was thinking when i was running and i was trying to figure out what would have been causing it to be compressed or anything to make my hands go numb haha (im a nursing student)
    pretty weird

I've been having similar issues although not while running. My left hand my ring and pinkie fingers have been going numb. I was told by a doc at my work that it's a nerve issue and not a circulation issue.

Not sure how to relieve it though.
