finding out how many calories/proteins in food.

    Like a meal. im east indian and eating curried food or just more indian food i dont/cant really tell how much serving i have. like for rice i usually have 3 scoops of rice and not sure how much chicken? is there a way to fix that or.. am ifucked lol

    Educate yourself on what a serving size looks like. Get some measuring cups, measure stuff at home, get used to what makes a half cup, a cup, etc.

    A half cup of rice is usually around 150ish....

    it def takes a while to get used to proportions, but after you look at the nutritional content of everything your eating and learn pretty accurate estimates of what a certain amount looks like, you can go around and pretty easily guage a good ballpark of how many cals/protein/fat/carbs are in each meal even if it doesnt have a chart showing it to you, it just takes time.
