nice, i heard amc is great, seeing as how they turn out good fighters

also, the only school around my area is a grappling/kickboxing school. they only meet 3 times a week, but you can go in anytime and train also. they charge 75 a month and a 200 start up fee for equipment/and first month. you guys think its a good deal?? i finally have time for formal classes, so im thinking about joining.

the instructor that i had orientation also said that the grappling instructor has a purple belt under bj penn. dont know if its legit or not though.

sorry for taking away from the thread.

AMC is awesome. My buddy trains there and I'm going to fly out this summer to train. Being that he's one of my favorite fighters, I hope Sakurai is there when I go. Lot's of good fighters always there though. Good luck with all your training.

How big is the place? How many lessons do you get for 100 bucks and how does it fit with your work schedule? I'm considering going to AMC in a few months.

I have to go through a month of boxing before I can move up to muay thai.

Good news from the doctor! Its just minor whiplash so I'll be fine! :run:

:coold: sounds like a good training plan. Goodluck, hope your whiplash gets better asap.
