    the gym finally after 3 weeks -- and it sucked.
    My elbow tendon bothers me with all pushing motions -- I forsee a lot of squat/deads coming...

    My chest is shrinking like mad, and I havent benched in months because of shoulder problems. What can I do?

    Not to mention i've been eating like absolute shit and lost weight and muscle mass. I'm upset OT:F&N.
