first time in a while that ive taken pics.... my story is a complicated one indeed. been lifting seriously only about 2 months since i took a break from muay thai/bjj. started at 180lbs and my big 3 were as follows bench:185x5 squat:275x5 dead:225x5 then after i started lifting more i got up to about 192 a month into it... THEN, i got horrible stomach and digestive problems that made eating more than a bowl of food a day a challenge without vomiting... so in the past month i have dropped from 192 to 182, cutting unintentionally. yet my numbers are better than they were at 192 which is weird but great i guess. current big 3: bench:225x5 squat:405x5 deadlift:335x5 enough ranting here are teh crappy pics i think the only thing im proud of are my legs which have gotten way bigger.
