GUN Finally ordered the hand for my Uberti 1873 Cattleman

    :bowdown: I can finally get this thing working again. The guy that had it before me obviously spun the cylinder a lot and wore this part out. Hopefully it won't take me long to get it fit.

    It's a straight-shooter. .45 Colt isn't that hot of a round, but it's like throwing a bowling ball. I load 250 grain rounds that probably move at around 750-800 fps. Just basic lead cast cowboy loads.

    Nice. I've always been interested in older firearms, especially BP guns. I still need to order a hand spring for my cap and ball. I have to cock the hammer and manually rotate the cylinder for every shot. :o

    ETA: Uberti makes good reproductions.
