Millers has finally pissed me off for the last time. I just put in a customer order with WHCC. We'll see how well they do.

I've stayed with Millers because I just don't like using ROES and their customer support is the best I've ever dealt with.

If Millers customer support is so good, how'd they piss you off:)

I haven't used anyone other than WHCC. The prints I get from them are great and having them in hand in 2-3 days using free shipping is perfect.

I use adorama and couldn't be happier with the ordering process, print quality, price and turn-around time.

The problem is that I had to use customer support too often. Lately the quality has become hit and miss. The latest was business cards and a calendar. The printing looked like I did it at home with my cheap HP printer that had a clogged print head. Verticle lines all accross the page on all pictures. And the cutting was very ragged, almost tearing the paper.

I can't complain about millers shipping. I can put an order in on Monday mornng and as ling as I don't have foam board or something, it will be delivered tues afternoon. No charge wth a $10 min order

Alright, tried them....going back to Millers.

Nothing makes me happy. Although I realllllly like their boutique packaging better than Millers. But, I can get the same thing from DNL Photo, cheaper.

Ok, I'm done being a little bitch. :wavey:

The quality just isn't the same. Plus they don't offer as many options as Millers.

    And I hate change. :hs:
