finally logged some of my weights/reps/ etc...- input please?

    weight, basic 3 measurements
    164 lb 34-31-37


    This is what i did last night

    keep in mind: these are trainer-set exercises, i'd never do(and have never done) some of this stuff on my own. :o


    Triceps, chest, abs

    Changed up my diet before I went to work out and it helped a lot.


    TRICEPS:

    Dips
    100lb Assist x 10 reps x 3 sets

    Push Downs
    25lb x 10 reps x 3 sets

    DB extensions
    20lb x 10 reps x 3 sets



    CHEST:

    DB Bench Press:
    20lb x 10 reps x 3 sets

    DB Decline Fly:
    10lb x 10 reps x 3 sets ( only 10? )

    Decline Chest press
    45lb x 10 reps x 1 set
    35lb x 10 reps x 1 set
    25lb x 10 reps x 1 set
    *the last set was no weights but my trainer pushed back as i pushed up, that meanie.
    x 10 reps x 1 set


    ABS

    *raised legs during DB Decline Fly, which could be part of the reason the weight was so low on that one... it's hard to concentrate on both at the same time.

    Lever Seated Crunch
    40lb x 20 x 3

    didn't do anything else out of time constraints and lack of drive/energy

    it would figure that the guy that I outweigh by more than 50 pounds would be the first to say something. :o

    most females dont do much more than the bar weight or your numbers for overall toning/fitness.. watch em in the gym.. if you even see em at the weights, youll understand :)

    now, if your looking to compete, talk to christophers and im sure hell give you a nice powerlifting program that he uses with his women. :big grin:

    no competition for me, right now I'm just trying to tone. I lost so much muscle when I couldn't do anything but change channels in a hospital bed. I was curious if I'm pushing myself too hard. Some weights are simply too easy for me to do and I don't feel that I'm getting anything out of it.

    I'd like to, as an end goal, be toned but not so lean that I have a "hard body". I think women were made to be curvy and I don't want to take away from that.

    edit: and the last woman I watched in the gym, i nearly fell off the bench laughing. she was doing this hilarious hip thrusting thing while using 5 pounds weights and yanking her arms backward... it was too much. :o
    edit again: Kinda like this but much more exaggerated.

    other than dropping the decline press and doing a couple sets of flat bench press, and maybe one more set of dips to supplement lower chest, it looks good. :)
    (im not a fan of declines, so thas just me.)

    i work lower pecs, shoulders and tris doing dips, and i love dips; so why duplicate efforts?

    lean forward and not upright to take pressure off shoulders and place more on chest...

    I wish I was a stalker so I could show you how goddamn sexy this girl is at my school. She's more cut than me and it turns me on like crazy. Her legs are pretty (edit: very much so, but not to the point of veins or anything) )defined and mmm-mmmm that ass is full of beauty. Her upper body is nice as hell (she doesn't wear small enough clothes for me to realize the beauty of it though :wtc: )... not necessarily the best "rack" in the world but jeezus. I was watching her squat today in very short shorts and... her legs... omg those legs
