It was a solid piece, a but big for my liking for what it is, but overall I didn't have any issues. The safety/decocker was a bit off, it pushed against the strong hand a bit much while holding it. Cycling felt a bit odd too, more "mechanical" than I would like.

But overall, HK45 in .45 is a decent gun. Not what I'd buy, but I can't fault my brother.

I like it a lot more than my USP, personally. Loved my USP when I first got it (still do) but the HK45 just felt "better" in my hand. Other than that, got no reason for liking it. My shooting is about the same with both, I just prefer the way it HK45 feels.

I was shooting pretty well with it, hopefully I can carry that on when I get a 1911 :o

How long have you had yours? I know my brothers reasoning for getting his (video games) but overall it is decent. He should have went with something else for a starter gun, but it is his money.

I bought it back in..hmm...april sometime? Saw it, handled it in the gunshop, more of an impulse buy :(...but I've been happy with it.
