Finally got below 200 this week

    started losing in February, started at ~245


    didn't start lifting until June :hs: I should have started sooner.

    Finally, I've hit my first "dream" goal of seeing a "1" as the first digit of my scale, instead of a "2" :blue:

    I still have the stubborn spare tire around my midsection, but that'll come off in time. Gonna keep cutting and lifting. :bigok: The rest of me is shrinking slowly.

    What's your diet and exercise program like?
